GoGoYears is a trading name of Mere Digital Ltd, the data controller for this site.
What we collect and why
If you sign up for updates, we store your email address and the dates you signed up, confirmed, and (if you do) unsubscribed. We use it for one thing: sending you occasional updates about GoGoYears that you asked for. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by confirming the email we send you.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your address, we don't track you, and we don't add you to any other list.
Your rights
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete everything we hold about you — email kenny@gogoyears.co.uk. If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record so we don't contact you again.
